Refund & Cancellation Policy :
Define Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. emphasizes on Student’s/employee’s/employer’s/ customer’s satisfaction. It is the prime responsibility of DPPL to full fill the paid service/requirements of the Student/employee/employer/ customer. However in case of any dissatisfaction, provision of return of Money / Refund can be considered based upon analysis of root causes and genuine reasons. Student/employee/employer/ customer have the liberty to change or cancel the service/projects in written form and request for any cancellation/refund. Management of DPPL will consider the genuine request and act accordingly (Partially/
fully). Cancellation of service can be entertained well before the avail of the respective service (at least 15 days before availing the service). However, no cancellation will be allowed once the provision of service started.
The amount will be refunded to the original account / same account from which the transaction was made during service availing. A written mail/letter confirmation will be provided from the Management of DPPL in case of acceptable refund/cancellation. The amount will be refunded within 30 days of issuance of confirmation letter of Refund / cancellation.
Define Academy reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse or limit the refund request in case of :
- A significant part of the service has been availed by the Student/employee/employer/ customer before the refund was asked.
- Miss use of service / study materials / classes (e.g. involvement of participants /service holders other than the registered user, sharing of service received from DPPL to other customers without intimation to DPPL.)
To avail Refund / cancel the service, the registered user / Student/employee/employer/ customer have to write a mail requesting for the same with registration details, course/service details along with proper justification to [email protected]
